This product has a 2.25" x 0.875" (5.72cm x 2.22cm) base with a 11mm hole, and includes a 1" ball. It is often used on motorcycles to attach to the mirror frame, especially on BMW motorcycles.

It also fits well on many handlebar pinchbolts with a washer (base is 5mm thick).
